3D Design

Give your idea shape before committing to the build. A 3D model lets you explore proportions, details, and how the pieces of a concept work together. Sketches, reference photos, and measurements provide a starting point for developing the design.

To get started: Share your references, key dimensions, and how the finished design will be used. File format and delivery requirements can be agreed before work begins.

3D Visual Renders

See how a build could look before the parts are ordered or the work begins. Renders bring a digital model to life with color, materials, lighting, and camera angles so you can communicate the direction clearly.

  • Compare paint, wheels, stance, and styling ideas.
  • Present a concept to a builder, customer, or potential sponsor.
  • Create visuals for promoting a planned project.

To get started: Send the vehicle or object details, inspiration images, planned changes, and the views you need. Existing 3D files are helpful if you have them.

03 / Start with what exists

3D Scanning

Bring the shape of a real object into a digital workflow. Scanning captures visible surfaces to create a reference for modeling, planning modifications, or developing a part around an existing shape.

  • Capture curves and contours that are difficult to describe with photos alone.
  • Use an existing object as a reference for a new design.
  • Support reverse-engineering and fitment planning.

To get started: Send photos, approximate size, material, location, and what you want to do with the scan. Access, surface finish, required accuracy, and any additional modeling are reviewed for each project.

04 / Make it tangible

3D Printing

Turn a digital model into a physical object you can inspect, display, or test. Printing is a useful way to evaluate a concept's scale and shape and work through changes before moving further into a project.

  • Create prototypes and mockups for checking size and fit.
  • Produce custom display pieces and model components.
  • Explore small custom parts based on the intended application.

To get started: Send your 3D file if you have one, desired dimensions, quantity, and intended use. Material, finish, build size, and suitability for heat or load are discussed before production.
